1. Fan Creations (Derivative Works)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Fan creations based on this content (such as illustrations, novels, music arrangements, etc.) may be freely created and published as long as they are produced by individuals for non-commercial purposes.
Regarding music:<\/strong>
Fan creations that are musical transcriptions (created by ear) and other derivative audio works (like covers or remixes) are also fine.
Direct use of original assets:<\/strong>
The direct quotation, reproduction, and\/or reposting of original assets owned by our company (including images, scenarios, audio sources, etc.) is considered to exceed the scope of fan creations and is therefore not permitted. Only works that add creative license will be considered as fan creations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Gameplay Videos and Streaming<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In order to maintain the existing fanbase as well as foster the growth for new fans, our current policy follows the same approach as the original copyright holder.
Full version of the product:<\/strong>
Uploading gameplay, walkthrough, and\/or commentary videos of the full game version is currently prohibited in all cases. This includes review and impression videos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Music uploads:<\/strong>
Uploading only audio data to a platform, such as the theme song or background music, will be treated as a copyright violation and reported to the platform operator for removal. (This does not apply to fan-based creations.)\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Prohibited Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In order to maintain the image of this content and ensure that all users can enjoy it to the fullest, the following activities are prohibited.
Unauthorized redistribution or extraction:
Extracting and then distributing or reposting illustrations, scenarios, voice data, music, sound effects, or other assets.
Creation or sale of pirated copies:<\/strong>
Creating or distributing (regardless of profit) duplicate copies without our permission.
Distribution of excessive spoilers:
Publicly revealing content to third parties in a way that exposes a significant portion of the work (such as sending data or distributing printed materials).
Commercial use:<\/strong>
Any commercial activity that involves this content, including paid commissions, directing users to paid services, or earning advertising revenue from video distribution platforms.
Inappropriate use:<\/strong>
